Metal Building Design

Manufacturing and Fabrication

Our family of companies, Draco Steel Buildings, operates a 180,000-square-foot manufacturing facility on a 24-acre compound outside of Augusta, GA. We use state-of-the-art equipment, including a fully automated, high-precision welding line and the latest CNC and roll-forming technology. We’re fanatical about efficiency and laser-focused on safety and quality.

Also, we love giving tours—ask your building consultant to arrange a tour of our Design Center and Production Floor anytime. We’d be happy to show you exactly how we build to your specs and integrate our construction expertise directly into our production and packaging processes.

Construction and Project Management

Our sister company in the MarPen Group, Argyle Project Services, draws on an experienced team of project managers and subcontractors with decades of hands-on experience erecting metal building systems. In addition to metal building erection, our teams are certified in various roofing systems, architectural facades, masonry anchoring systems (including Hilti), and all manner of hangar doors. We’re also keenly focused on safety, with OSHA 30 and 10, and, for certain crews, union training and membership. Our erectors work seamlessly with other trades in both wide-open greenfield projects and tight-quarters retrofits. As an added service, we offer dedicated project management in certain cases to help you finish on time and on budget.

Additional Services

Our network of partner firms can support advanced architectural design needs, including civil, site, structural, electrical, and plumbing planning, complementing the pre-engineered metal building drawings our engineer provides with every building we sell. We’d also be happy to connect you with foundation design engineers, service providers for in-process and jobsite testing, certified welding inspectors, and more.
